Administrator - PA

£160 PAYE / £205.31 Umbrella

6 Month Contract

Birmingham (Hybrid)

Role Summary:

HSBC are recruiting for an energetic administrator to join their team in the Birmingham office. If successful, you will be able to work within a strong team, liaising with colleagues and providing overall support for the team. Within this role you will manage numerous mailboxes, carry out diary and calendar management and create presentations for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

o  Provide high quality email, diary management and travel services to support the effectiveness of the Global Legal COO

o  Arrange visits for both internal and external customers to HSBC

o  Timely and accurate processing of e-expenses

o  Documentation and minute taking of meetings is produced and collated accurately in a timely manner

o  Manage email mailboxes to ensure the team stays organised

o  Communicate effectively with colleagues

o  Create a positive working environment by encouraging collaboration, commitment, and excellence

Key Experience / Skills:

o  Previous secretarial or PA experience

o  Strong interpersonal skills, confident and able to work at all levels

o  Ability to deal with internal and external customers

o  Be calm under pressure

o  Ability to prioritise or re-prioritise in short timescales
