HSBC are looking to welcome a new ISV Vault Analyst to their team! HSBC require someone with strong administration skills and who is confident working within a financial services environment
If you are successful, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Primary Issuances into the ICSDs for those transactions that ISV are appointed as Issuing and Paying Agent. You will be responsible for ensuring that as Common Depository we meet our Regulatory requirements for Global Notes and that the ISV Vault is managed in line with these requirements, along with supporting the wider team on our regulatory requirements
Job Summary:
Ensure that for all new issuances into the ICSDs the Global Notes are created and meet the regulatory requirements around Common Depository
- Complete the daily activities around the management of the Common Depository Vault
- Ensure that the Vault is maintained to a high level of accuracy
- Review processes to identify areas of improvements relating to automation and/or streamlining, risk reductions or control enhancements
- Complete daily controls and trackers to ensure all activities are recorded and actions completed
- Provide operational support and assistance to the Common Depositary
- Support the Vault Manager in managing any Internal or External Audit
- Provide the necessary samples requested by stakeholders
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Experience in the Corporate Trust required
- Experience with settlements in either ICSDs or settlements
- Knowledge of capital markets products and processes
- Strong communication & client service skills required
- Experience around CASS regulatory requirements beneficial
