We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Business Analyst
HSBC are looking for 3 strong Senior Business Analysts to join their Data Privacy Programme. If successful, you will be working within a strong team which look over two large projects. These include cookies remediation and tax regulations. You will be working from the London office however current requirements for the role mean you will only be in the office once per month.
Skills/Experience
- Senior Business Analyst with at least 5 years’ experience of change / project delivery, preferably within Financial Services
- Intermediate MS Excel, including understanding of standard formulas including Vertical & Horizontal Lookups, IF statements, and pivot tables/charts
- Strong stakeholder management – essential experience with C-suite level and managing multiple stakeholders across different business lines
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- MS Powerpoint/experience of collating /inputting into decks & presentations for various stakeholders and forums
- Strong Process analysis & mapping
- Experience in data / records management [for one of the roles - specifically retention would be a massive advantage, but not a prerequisite as training in the immediate subject matter will be provided
- Experience in Data Privacy is preferable but not a prerequisite
- Experience in systems analysis is preferable
- Attention to detail
- Experience in end-to-end Project life cycle
- Lead Requirements elicitation (via workshops, interviews, shadowing etc.) and documentation (via BRD’s, catalogues, RTM’s).
- Support design phase (translation of business requirements to solution design with Tech/Business)
- Implementation (training, Business readiness requirements, RACI etc..)
- Testing support (co-ordinate and track outcome)
Please note:
HSBC are looking for 3 Senior Business Analysts and require the following experience for each:
1st BA – Experience as a lead BA on CRM systems / Agile SCRUM / experience in previous projects around Cookies
2nd BA – Previous projects relating to regulations
3rd BA – Strong Senior Business Analyst with at least 5 years experience (strong experience with Agile Methodologies)
