Employee Relations Manager

Rate: Inside IR35 via Umbrella company

Location: London – Hybrid – 3 days in the office

Duration: 9 months

Role Summary:

This is an exciting Employee Relations role within the HR team. The role will be responsible for managing end to end employee relations activities, liaising directly with the business and managers.

Key Responsible

• Support in delivering any employee relations work-streams for any organizational change, restructuring or similar large-scale exercises.

• Handle complex ER cases, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication

• Provide expert advice to the business on employee relations concerns and activities

• Produce high level documentation and ensure accurate and timely updates to records.

• Collaborate and engage with key stakeholders across the functions

Knowledge and Experience:

Essential Experience

• Experience managing complex employee relations restructuring projects within a financial service industry

• Experience managing complex employee relations cases

• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.

• Strong risk mindset, with a key understanding of developing and maintaining suitable controls.

• They will be required to prioritize and adapt, while also exercising agility based on changing requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal skills are essential for the successful candidate

• Ability to work effectively and influence stakeholders across all levels in the organization.
