Mailroom Messenger & Office Support

£14 per/hour

London, Full time office-based role, No option for hybrid working.

Contract until September 2024

HSBC is looking for a Mailroom Messenger and Office Support to join the team, your responsibilities will include:

Messengers Duties.

• Sorting, opening and distributing inwards / outwards post and couriers.

• Monitor and oversee the rear door. (first point of contact for couriers etc)

• Copier / fax / printer paper distribution.

• Fax toner replacement.

• Internal / external deliveries by hand.

• General building Porterage.

• IT based courier systems (MY DHL and Royal Mail OBA)

• Arranging of Bike/Car and Van couriers

Additional Responsibilities

• Stationery procurement and distribution.

• Bespoke stationery (business cards, Headed / specialist papers envelopes etc).

• Liaise with outside suppliers (newspapers, bespoke marketing supplies etc).

• IT based Archive system (Iron Mountain).

Admin Duties

• Download card reports

• Log and monitor returned mail

• Print statements

• Hold and dispatch Hit & Run bag twice weekly

• Monitor statement reconciliation reports

• Monitor accounts with no address linked reports

• Maintain TSO statement reports

Office Services Duties

• Meeting room set up (auditorium partitioning /table layout, presentation equipment)

• Stage and public address system set up for auditorium

• Liaise with catering management regarding event set up
