We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role Global Banking Graduate Recruiter.
Role Purpose:
To manage the recruitment of Graduates via Internships and early engagement pipelines into appropriate roles within Global Banking & Markets in EMEA and to support Global Banking & Markets Emerging Talent Lead
Requirements:
• Previous experience of working in Early Careers/Campus recruitment is essential
• Strong knowledge of the current internal/external student/graduate recruitment landscape
• Competent user of MS Office
• Experience in HR systems / databases such as client management systems / applicant tracking systems is desirable
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to use balanced inclusive decision making – advising / influencing
• Someone willing to travel
• Diversity – experience within this space would be beneficial
• Need to be passionate about the emerging talent space
• Ability to contribute ideas for continuous improvements
• Strategical thinking, resilience under pressure and ability to challenge/advise stakeholder groups on key issues related to recruitment and retention.
• Ability to multitask, project manage and prioritise effectively
• Ability to identify solutions to challenges as they arise
