Job Title: Business Analyst / Product Owner (Private Banking )
Duration: 6 Months
Location: London (hybrid)
Pay Rate: £540 PAYE Per Day / Umbrella
Impact on Business
- Experience of designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics features from a business perspective
- Knowledge of Private Banking and Front Office operations e.g. understands the day of Relationship Manager
- Turns product strategy into action and is accountable for ensuring that products are built to the ‘customers’ specifications and are commercially viable
- Good understanding across, technology, agile, design and business
- Support the Global Head of CRM GPB&W in determining and delivering the overall sales and leads management tooling strategy
Customers / Stakeholders
- Works in collaboration between global, regional, and country teams and builds strong relationships to ensure standardization and delivery of agreed definitions, processes and SLAs are achieved
- Collaborate with Customer, Products, Finance and Data Analytics to ensure delivery is aligned to relevant group and market strategies
- Identify/ address challenges/ barriers in this process
- Obtains buy-in from and influences senior management and stakeholders for specific key initiatives, commitments, and changes.
Leadership & Teamwork
- Acts in a manner that transparently promotes the organisation’s values and delivers in an aligned manner.

Operational Effectiveness & Control
- Support delivery across GPB&W, institutionalizing standard best practices to remove unnecessary complexity and increase stability.
- Support and manages operational risk by ensuring adherence to Group Legal, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, and Information Security standards.
- Lead the identification and monitoring of BAU and process design specific problems, establishing and mandating changes in practice that lead to continuous improvement.

- End-to-end design and implementation of framework connecting global teams, regional and markets in addition to engagement and alignment of other LOBs
- Accuracy and reliability of information and processes – crucial to have attention to detail
- Multi-functional and multi-market dependencies
- Global versus local accountabilities and deliverables

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
- Experience in Product Ownership/ Business Analysis and general business change delivery
- Good understanding of CRM principles and Sales and Leads management processes and solutions
- Minimum 5 years in a comparable financial services organization
- Experience of working across country/ regional and Global teams
