Title: Product Designer/ Product Design Lead

Location: London

Length: 6 months

Experis are currently on the lookout for a Product Designer/ Product Design Lead to join one of our large banking clients.

They are searching for a Product Designer to join the Lending team. You’ll be creating UX and UI designs for Lending solutions and help re-invent the old ones too. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create world class experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

· Gathering business requirements from stakeholders; challenging and transforming to align with customer needs

· Discover and define customer problems with user interviews, desk research and other approaches you have in your toolbox

· Create UX flows, prototypes and pixel perfect UI using the design system

· Host workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders and designers

· Validate your ideas and designs through discovery sessions and usability testing

· Continually support global design, creating consistent experiences across all locations and platforms

· An impressive design portfolio, showcasing a range of projects and your approach to problem solving

· Analytical thinker, forming both holistic and detailed views of problems

· Focused on smart solutions and being the customer’s voice within the organisation

· Ability to transfer your ideas to UX flows and prototypes at speed

· Experience building products for Android, iOS, and web

· Strong visual design skills. A deep understanding of design systems, pixel perfect UI and interaction design

· Fast paced with the ability to prioritize and work on projects in parallel

· Strong understanding and application of user-centred design methods and principles

· Experience working and collaborating with a diverse team. Taking tech, risk and business teams on a journey with you

· Ability to strongly articulate your design work and rationale to your peers and cross-functional team.

· A qualification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or the equivalent professional experience
