Project Manager – Integration

6-month contract

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Integration from Silicon Valley Bank

· Migrating portfolio to HSBC’s infrastructure

· Needs someone who can come in and manage the second stage of integration which includes integrating 3^rd party service providers to a different application

· Training / Procedures to get them up and running to a BAU process

· Looking at Risk – integrating portfolio in strict time scales which means correct risk procedures need to be put into place

· Build processes out to to be more robust – automating manual processes

· Key risk indicators / Key performance Indicators need establishing

Skills & Experience:

· Integration / Migration experience is a must

· Financial Services experience

· Loan experience would be beneficial

· Settlements / Transaction capture would be of value

· Risk – any risk experience in terms of RCA’s or KRI’s would be beneficial

· RCA / KPI knowledge

· Stakeholder management

· Previous HSBC experience would be beneficial
