Our client HSBC is currently seeking Early Careers Marketing Lead & Early Careers Recruitment Lead to join their team working from their offices in Sheffield or fully remote, this contract will be for 12 months.
Early Careers Marketing Lead
Role Purpose
· To work with the business globally to co-ordinate and execute the campus marketing and attraction strategy for Full Time, Off Cycle and Summer Intern Analysts (Graduate) hires across Digital Business Services (DBS).
· To lead and manage DBS wide projects as relevant e.g. Early Identification initiatives, Campus & school campaigns etc.
· Work with third parties on D&I initiatives.
· Support the wider Graduate Recruitment team within London, Sheffield, Hong Kong, Poland, China, Singapore & India.
· Act as the Global Attraction strategy & marketing across DBS
· To support the DBS business with their Emerging Talent hiring needs - Graduate, Schools & Apprenticeship hiring as relevant
Experience / Qualifications
· Proven graduate recruitment and marketing experience (ideally within a global Financial Services or Professional Services environment)
· Previous attraction planning strategy across school and undergraduate markets
· Good understanding of different educational systems (Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific)
· Competent user of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience of HR systems / databases / Applicant Tracking Systems
· Vendor management experience (preferable)
· Graduate calibre
· European language desirable but must be fluent in English
· Minimum of 6 years’ experience working in this sector
Responsibilities
· Campus Relationships & Marketing
· Work with relevant business sponsors to plan and execute the target university and on campus approach, evaluating the success of the previous campaign and ensuring business priorities are understood and realised
· Create annual global campus resourcing plans for relevant business areas, ensuring a true global picture and co-ordinated effort, and ensure these are executed with the business
· Own and build active relationships and knowledge base with defined target universities under remit. Ensure cross-business activity is developed and a partnership approach with fellow Analyst Recruiters and the global team in order to present a united face on campus
· Build ongoing, year-round relationships with university careers services and student societies etc. to effectively plan and execute all campus event logistics for milk round campaign for relevant target universities under ownership, becoming the subject matter expert
· Regularly attend campus events at target universities across UK and Europe
· Regularly attend networking seminars to keep abreast of industry developments / competitor activity and share learning with team and stakeholders
· Timely sourcing of business representatives for all events. Preparation of full informational
Early Careers Recruitment Lead
Role Purpose
· To work with the business globally to co-ordinate and execute the recruitment strategy and selection process for Full Time, Off Cycle and Summer Intern Analysts (Graduate) hires across Digital Business Services (DBS)
· To lead and manage DBS wide recruitment projects as relevant
· Support the wider Graduate Recruitment team within London, Sheffield, Hong Kong, Singapore, Poland, China and India.
· Act as the Global Lead Recruiter for Digital Business Services
· To support the DBS business with all Emerging Talent hiring
· Attract and recruit diverse talent into DBS
Experience / Qualifications
· Proven graduate recruitment and marketing experience (ideally within a global Financial Services or Professional Services environment)
· Previous assessment centre planning / facilitation experience
· Good understanding of different educational systems (Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific)
· Competent user of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience of HR systems / databases / Applicant Tracking Systems
· Vendor management experience (preferable)

· Work with relevant business sponsors to plan and execute the selection process across the globe
· Ongoing monitoring of recruitment pipelines
· Lead a ‘best in market’ candidate experience
· Evaluate the success of the selection process, validate, and ensure no adverse impact. Ensuring the priorities are understood and realised.
· Continual evolution of the process to ensure it is meeting business needs
· Create annual global recruitment plans for relevant business areas, ensuring a true global picture and co-ordinated effort.
· Demand planning to ensure the process is executed efficiently and commercially
· Own and build active relationships and knowledge base with external vendors. Horizon scanning to ensure the process remains competitive.
