Job Description:
Business Analyst within the Sales & Business Development workstream of the Omnia programme – a key strategic initiative, delivering a singular golden source of client returns information to facilitate improved client and capital decision making.
Workstream objective:
- Significantly simplify the broader MI ecosystem through the implementation of a singular solution for all pipeline and activity reporting
Role responsibilities include:
- Analytical support to technology workstream, as driven by programme-level priorities
- Detailed requirements gathering, data analysis and support to technical delivery
- Working with Project Manager to ensure that all key stakeholders and business areas are appropriately considered and engaged from requirements to design and implementation
- Adherence to workstream governance structures and attendance to relevant forums
- Internal workstream MI and wider business engagement as required
Principal Accountabilities
- Delivery coordination for technology enhancement
- Assist the Project Manager in effective management of workstream RAID
- Supporting the Global Banking Management Office in driving the client returns information agenda

Role Context
- Close working relationships across lines of business, Omnia change delivery team and IT
Knowledge & Experience / Qualification
The role holder will ideally have knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Proven track record of complex project delivery in finance, technology and data-led programmes (required)
- Background in technical requirements gathering and technology deployment (required)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build connections and work collaboratively across geographical and business boundaries (required)
- Strong problem solver with inquisitive approach (required)
- Highly motivated with ability to prioritise and work autonomously (required)
- Experience of Jira and/or Confluence (preferred)
- Experience of Qliksense and/or HTML delivery projects (preferred)
- Background in financial reporting (risk/revenue) (preferred)
