Role Summary:
HSBC are currently searching for an ambitious, analytical and organised UI/UX Designer to join their Omnia programme. This is a unique opportunity to work at HSBC within their Omnia programme which offers support and rewards that will take you further within your career.
Role Purpose:
UI/UX designer within the Omnia programme – a key strategic initiative, delivering a singular golden source of client returns information to facilitate improved client and capital decision making.
Workstream objective:
- UI/UX design and leadership across all Omnia workstreams
Role responsibilities include:
- UI/UX design and leadership, including user journeys, end-to-end visual design, brand guidance, ad hoc comms and promotional materials
- Working with Project Managers to ensure that business requirements are appropriately met through design
- Working with IT to translate design and requirements into development and implementation
- SME design experience with demonstrable portfolio
- Background in synthesising business requirements into user journeys, process flows, site maps, wireframes and high fidelity visual design (required)
- Proven track record of complex project delivery in finance and technology programmes (required)
- Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across geographical and business boundaries (required)
- Demonstrable ability to effectively balance risk, time and business need (required)
- Resourceful, creative and inquisitive approach to operating with complexity and ambiguity (required)
- Highly motivated, excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial and autonomous, with ability to prioritise (required)
- Expert in Sketch (required)
- Experience in InVision (preferred)
- Experience in working with Qlik and HTML (preferred)
