MI Analyst
£440.00 PAYE / £571.27 Umbrella
London (Hybrid)
Contract until end of year (Extensions Likely)
Role Summary:
HSBC are currently looking for a MI Analyst to join their team in London! If successful, you will be responsible for managing and evolving Market intel to meet the needs of an ever changing business. You will be liaising with various Product Managers, data SPOCs and other stakeholders in order to help improve the accuracy of the Market intel capture and reporting!

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

- Manage and evolve the MI owned to meet the needs of an ever changing business.
- Acquire good understanding of relevant process, business applications from an MI perspective and become an MI SME.
- Accurate and Timely Reporting according to MI deliverables
- Accurately capture & maintain data
- Liaise with various Product Managers, data SPOCs and improve accuracy of MI capture and reporting
- Manage and own all tasks allocated with timely delivery
- Take ownership in resolving all queries in relation to reports produced
- Prepare up to date reports & presentations for management meetings
- Support to business partners on ad-hoc requests with quick turn around
- Maintain effective working relationships with contacts in the Business & GSC
- Seek opportunities to make process improvements continually
- Ensure appropriate procedures are made available for all the tasks performed
Knowledge and Experience:
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience working within a Market intel position
- Experience working with various stakeholders in order to develop market intel processes
- Experience working within Financial Services, Tier 1 banks preferred
- Good time keeping and attention to detail
- Experience developing MI processes
- Advanced Excel skillset
- Good communication skills
