Role Summary:
HSBC are currently searching for a Project manager to join their team in Edinburgh on their Risk Steward MAP response project. This Project was initiated following a Group Internal Audit (GIA) of the organisation. If successful, you will be responsible for owning and managing the project plan and ensuring that progress is tracked against plans and outcomes. You would also be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with design and rollout of global embedding and attestation against minimum procedures
- Coordinate, track and collate information across global teams
- Manage project governance and ensure adherence to change framework requirements (including status reporting, RAIDs, and other critical project documentation)
- Oversee and coordinate the project team’s work
- Manage relationships with senior regional and global stakeholders
- Ability to work in fast-paced initiatives involving coordination of multiple stakeholder groups
Experience / Knowledge Required:
- 5+ years’ experience as PM
- Experience working with audit findings
- Financial regulations experience
- Systems – Clarity / Jira
- Experience with helping to design a self-assessment case
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of and experience building and managing project budgets
