Digital Business Analyst

Remote / London

Contract until end of December 2022 with possible extension into 2023


Job Description:

This exciting Digital Business Analyst role will work with Senior Stakeholders Globally within the Commercial Banking Proposition team to support the implementation of key projects focused on delivering existing digital capabilities and developing new customer propositions to Business Banking clients across several significant Business Banking International Markets.

You will drive requirements gathering, product governance processes and delivery (working with project team) of customer propositions, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all their inputs are fully considered and incorporated.

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work on will be a combination of internally built and sourced from 3rd parties. You will be passionate about creating intuitive and simple customer offerings and excellent customer experience.

Work Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Digital Business Analyst
  • Designing user journeys and understanding journey definitions
  • Proficient with JIRA software
  • Commercial banking experience preferred, but not essential
  • Understanding and experience of UX design and implementation of digital technologies and key considerations
  • Combining front line and Head office
  • Understanding of needs of an international SME customer base
  • Experience working in an agile project environment, working with, and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working in digital product and proposition design and development
  • Preferably, experience working with third party suppliers
  • Preferably, experience in a research and test & learn environment
