Job Title:  Business Analyst

Location:  Hybrid / London 1- 2 days in office

Contract length: 12 months

Rate:  £385 PAYE / £499.86 Umbrella

 

Role Purpose

 

The Integrated Client Servicing Programme: ICSP has been established to deliver an integrated and sustainable client-centric servicing function – improving customer experience, employee sentiment and cost-to-serve through consolidation of servicing teams, “digital first” principles and policy rationalization. The role holder will have to independently drive conversations with these stakeholders who are responsible for their respective businesses. The individual will have oversight client services globally.

 

Major Challenges

 

  • Senior set of stakeholders with very wide dispersion across the Bank.
  • Rapid response to issues as they arise.  Ability to drive quickly to the heart of an issue and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Relationships within and around Product Control, Finance, teams within HSBC.

 

Management of Risk

 

  • The role requires an understanding of as well as compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the job holder is involved. This includes internal controls and any compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group compliance policy.
  • Be aware of the operational risk context associated with the role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations.

 

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

 

  • Senior Business Analyst, with experience of process mapping, process engineering and change implementation.
  • Responsible for designing & driving servicing impacts of Implementations and Servicing issues and escalations
  • Understanding of client servicing, CDD and trade products
  • 5 Years plus experience
  • Financial background a must in similar role
  • Client services experience
  • Understands people process and systems
  • Able to analyze Feedback data relating back to client needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Data mapping so able to manipulate large data sets
