Agile Lead/ Scrum Master

Sheffield – Fully Remote with the possibility of very occasional travel to the Sheffield Office

£412.50 PAYE / £535.56 Umbrella per day

6 Month Contract with the possibility of extensions and/ or permanent position

 

Our client HSBC are currently seeking an experienced Agile Lead/ Scrum Master to join their team in the Sheffield office/remote working, this contract will be for 6 months with a review to be extended and the possibility of a permanent position.

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Scrum Master ideally from a software development environment. Someone with the ability to lead and coordinate activities across the agile team. Anyone with prior training, mentoring experience or coaching experience.

 

Job Profile:

 

Facilitating the team to self-organise; enabling continuous improvement of change and run activities, aligned to the product roadmap and customer expectations

Responsible for the coaching and leadership responsibilities that enable Agile delivery, including facilitating team meetings such as retrospectives, reviews and planning events

Shield the team from interruptions during sprints to ensure that Agile process doesn't impede team progress

Commitment to delivery, with an ability to drive activities to conclusion

Willingness and potential for increasing responsibilities within the project

 

 

Experience

Experience of mobilising and leading project activity

Experience of requirements gathering, Business analysis, data analysis and testing

Experience in Change management across a large global banking organisation

Experience working with Agile methodology and Waterfall methodology
