Role Summary:
HSBC are currently searching for two HR Business Analyst to join the team and help to provide business analysis and automation solution design expertise as part of a larger Digital HR Transformation programme. Within this position you will be required to manage the capture, analysis, and documentation of the automated HR processes. Overall, you will be responsible for working with teams on a global scale to determine the necessity and efficiency of HSBC process and work closely with senior stakeholders to alter and remove certain processes. · Evaluates relative costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions before implementing
· Articulates or translates complex information in clear, meaningful and structured way to suit audience
· Anticipates issues and risks and acts to mitigate these quickly; handles any unforeseen roadblocks swiftly and effectively
· Thinks ahead to identify potential risks to service or performance and deals with them proactively; effectively manages review processes to identify quality issues early
· Builds effective working relationships with analysis and design teams in our delivery partners and works well with external partners
· Often acts as an expert across the projects guiding the teams on their requirements gathering, design, change or implementation approach.
Key Experience / Skills:
Experience and skills that are required for this role are as follows:
· Overall strong business analysis skills from requirements to implementation delivery
· Experience working within Transformation environment
· Knowledge and experience of Agile Methodologies
· Proven process design experience
· Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve challenges and issues
· Good knowledge of processes and the ability to understand, elicit, evolve existing processes to build high quality RPA bots
· Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs and procedures, and how they interoperate with the technology
· Ability to translate functional requirements into technical details
· Understanding of ServiceNow, SuccessFactors and Automation principles
· Ability to work flexibly, take responsibility for all areas of work as required and adapt to change
· Knowledge of HR practices, functional ways of working, market-driven priorities in the context of transformation
· Experience in HR with a strong understanding of the impact HR processes have upon HR Systems (ideal) however demonstrable ability to learn new functional areas quickly will also be considered
