Job Purpose:
The role supports the Population Management team within Regulatory Accountabilities by developing solutions to support both tactical and strategic decision making.
This role is an excellent opportunity to oversee improvement of data processes by creating tools, specifically developed through VBA. Our team purpose is to help our thousands of certified colleagues across the Group to remain compliant to regulatory requirements, which ultimately safeguards our customers.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
You will strive to continually improve the capability of the team, improving the way data is managed and provided to stakeholders within the team and around the business
You must have sufficient knowledge of VBA (5+ Years) in order to develop improvements from the ground up which will generate efficiencies in how our data is managed.
You will have sufficient Knowledge of SQL, MS Office, Excel and Macro’s
You'll have an established background within a large organisation - working with data to deliver improvements to existing reporting suites and identifying opportunities to streamline processes
Key to your success will be an ability to be approachable and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, and be self-driven to improve the way data is managed and used by the team to inform decisions.
