We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join a Remediation Project with a leading UK Bank. The object of the project is to remediate over 15,000 privileged accounts with static passwords. The strategic solution is to use CyberArk where appropriate, to technically remediate the accounts. You will join an existing team of people, who will drive the remediation of these accounts, reaching out to account owners, application owners and their subject matter experts to understand the current state, agree a remediation path and then implement it. Skills & experience • Good knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Access Management or a similar privileged account security tool • Planning and delivery of technical solutions for privileged accounts • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information simply • Extensive experience of working with senior management within the business, technology and suppliers • Strong technical knowledge across multiple platforms such as Windows, Midrange, UNIX, Mainframe • Possess sufficient drive and initiative in order to work without the need for close supervision • Delivering project results through non-project resources i.e. application teams, platform subject matter experts, account owners • Management of large data sources and interrogation of the banks data sources • Ability to deal with ambiguity, conflicting demands and bounce back from setbacks
Deliverables • Provide subject matter advice on CyberArk functionality • Work with CyberArk experts and involve them when more detailed advice is required • Work with account owners and application owners to understand information about their accounts and agree a remediation path • Influence account owners to prioritise the remediation of their accounts in line with the project priorities and timelines • Produce and agree technical problem statements in line with agreed standards • Influence account owners to raise operational risks and waivers • Produce and agree implementation plans for the Privileged Access Management team to deliver • Create, agree and manage testing plans • Report and escalate risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies to the project manager in a timely manner • Request and track quotations for resource and allocate time • Report and track progress of own work via a team based change control process and reporting framework • Timely filing of evidence and other project artefacts for audit requirements
