The Role
Key Accountabilities
• The Hub- Creation and managing a number of groups as part of the CSRP programme.
• Document control on the hub – This will become more frequent once all the new sites are up and running on the hub, and managing the interface between HUB and Livelink documentation
• Training requirements – regular BU engagement to determine their requirements and then scheduling their training needs in at a convenient time (IAO,CISO,SIRO & NSAN online training).
• Working alongside and supporting Project Lead for P10 & 11
• Action tracking and chasing from the monthly board groups.
• Managing and maintaining the CSRP clearance log, including clearance requests and requirements vetting requests on a weekly basis with new starters and leavers.
• Document control on livelink - key documents and templates need to be formalised, in layout, content and control and aligned with NDA guidelines
• Supporting with purchase order/invoice and supplier financial related tasks when required
Key Requirements
Confident and competent in completing all required tasks
Previous experience in an IT/Cyber department would be beneficial
Current security clearance.
