RPA Product Manager

The RPA Product Manager is required to elicit business requirements, converting them into innovative products which realize tangible Value for the Pharma Supply Chain. Able to influence stakeholders by conveying compelling business cases for subsequent delivery in an RPA environment (e.g., UI Path, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism) the candidate must demonstrate specialization in RPA technology. The Product Manager plays a key role in the continued development of the data analytics & data science pipeline. Primary accountabilities include, but are not limited to management of the Product Taxonomy, Product Backlog, development of Use Cases, management of AGILE Squads and the optimization and streamlining of processes by defining digital workers. The Product Manager works across all pillars of the Digital, Data & Analytics organization and partners with identified Stakeholders, Executive Sponsors, and Executive Management to increase the efficiency of the overall organization.


Responsibilities

  • Generate an automation portfolio pipeline from ideas generation through to implementation to support Customer Implementation & Professional Services
  • Ensure appropriate governance and rigor is applied to automation delivery ideation through to implementation and control ensuring project progress is appropriately managed with benefits realized and signed off by the business
  • Manage major programs and projects across stakeholder Operations in a way that adds rigor and transparency
  • Act as evangelist across Operations to drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities
  • Ensure a close partnership with Performance Excellence capabilities around data exchange and KPI measurements
  • Engage cross-functionally with Technology on information exchange and requirements planning
  • Support the Delivery Lead of Intelligent Automation in championing Digital Voice and building a capability that can deliver into sectors
  • Act as the sole individual responsible for managing the Product Backlog on behalf of a range of internal and external stakeholders, guiding parallel projects while maintaining the vision for a single platform
  • Maximize the value delivered by the Scrum teams through prioritizing the Product Backlog items and making sure this process is visible and transparent
  • Attend Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum ceremonies and provide continual vision and direction to the Scrum to ensure the team understands the items in the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog and are able to meet the acceptance criteria
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that delivered solutions provide a fantastic user experience
  • Develop an innovative roadmap to ensure we keep ahead of our competitors and are at the forefront of industry trends
  • Ensure the platform is truly intelligent through the introduction of AI and Machine Learning capabilities
  • Ensure full integration with our offshore teams in India and Poland to ensure the right balance between onshore presence and offshore muscle

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and directed
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Organizational skills, experienced meeting facilitator
  • Excellent Product Management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Product Management Certification, AGILE or equivalent IT methodology
  • Leadership experience
  • Project/portfolio management software application experience a plus
  • Big Data technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Business Intelligence and Data Operations
