Job Description:

The OT Cyber Security Programme is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Programme Manager to support with the implementation of the OT Cyber Security Controls into manufacturing, R&D as well as WREF facilities sites. This is a critical role and will require an astute individual with the ability to co-ordinate a large global cyber security.

Key responsibilities:

• Operations Manager to support with the implementation of the OT Cyber Security Controls into manufacturing and R&D facilities

• Responsible to manage all operational activities within the OT Programme, including (but not limited to):

• Programme financials

• Programme and benefit reporting

• Deployment reporting

• RAID management

• Preparation and presentation to Steerco meetings

• Change Management

• Intake process

• Build an agile culture within TSR’s OT Program teams

• Support the transition from program to BAU with a customer-centric mindset and agile organizational model

• Co-ordinate and deliver the programme management portfolio standards, governance framework and Agile reporting in line with the overall Programme strategy.

• Work closely with the OT Controls delivery owners (across Tech) to ensure a consistently delivered experience and best in class interaction with our end users (BU OT Program Leads).

• Provide insight into Cyber Security and security controls with input on how they work, why you would put them in place.

• Provide insight and understanding of OT (Operational Technology) such as PLC, SCADA etc…

• Support the operational management of the OT Programme in delivering and deploying OT controls.

• Interact with the Business Units and on program delivery initiatives and work with the Tech teams globally.

• Provide leadership to build effective and collaborative project teams in a matrix environment.

• Provide leadership to build an agile operational organization to deliver and operate OT controls.

Skills required:

• Excellent writing and communicating skills

• Exceptional presentation skills

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor ideas from inception through to implementation.

• Able to adjust communications approach and style based on target audience

• Experience engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders

• Sound organisational skills with experience in maintaining work stream governance artefacts and reporting

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills

• Strong planning and deliverable tracking to plan; attention to detail

• Proven delivery of complex global projects across multiple departments with the ability to drive alignment and rapid decision making

• Background in resilience, audit and/or cybersecurity

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in leading large scale global Programmes, preferably in the OT cyber security space

• Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in agile concepts and practices

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to promote thoughtful and practical solutions to training challenges

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to native and non-native English audience
