You are a translator and mediator between IT Operations and Digital, whilst representing a single point of contact to Digital for IT infrastructure, applications and live product support

Responsibilities

• Investigate operational needs to drive recommendations in order to improve capability, processes, tools

• Identify and align end user needs to existing and new IT Operations’ processes

• collaborate with stakeholders, building effective relationships including supplier relationships.

• Collaborate with the business to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into IT strategy and planning capability roadmaps and priorities.

• Track end-user satisfaction, productivity measurements and review insights with appropriate business and third-party representatives

• Contribute to the development of policies, standards and guidelines for IT strategy and planning.

• Identify improvements and drive proposed solutions through to implementation by introducing more effective and efficient technologies (people, processing and tooling) to deliver increased automation.

• Attend Supplier Relationship review sessions to reflect on business client satisfaction and capture continuous improvement measures.

• work towards and update stakeholder framework and engagement plans

Be able to communicate Digital Workplace technology and changes successfully to all colleagues regardless of grade and Digital awareness

· Keen and willing to learn the benefits of developing a change network as well as resistance management.

· Be confident in delivering DW coaching sessions either face to face or via Lync

· Administer online assessments after each coaching session

· Maintaining the DWC toolkit

· Work with upskilling team to ensure the self-learning for DWC is always clear and effective

· Support DWC throughout the transformation

· Encourage adoption with a positive outlook

· Address any questions or concerns by DWC or Site Leads by various means ( intranet , email, skype)

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent - mandatory

• Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) preferred

• Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM®) preferred

• Master of Business Relationship Management (MBRM®) preferred

Technical Knowledge

Level 2 Working knowledge in the following project management areas is essential:-

Agile Methodology

Waterfall Methodology

Requirements gathering

Stakeholder analysis

Stakeholder mapping

Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Engagement Surveys

Value Stream Mapping

Value optimisation creation

Data analysis of business processes and KPI
