At CXC, we have the pleasure of partnering with an innovative and forward-thinking global technology client who is searching for a Data Loss Prevention SME:
Objectives of this Role
- Responsible/Accountable to drive the Phase 2 activities (Preparation-Build, Test, Pilot-Production Deployment & Stabilize) for the Microsoft 365 E5 specific Data Protection Solutions (DLP, AIP, O365 Message Encryption, Azure AD RMS/IRM, Classification/Labelling) to protect the following M365 services (Exchange-SharePoint-OneDrive Online, MS Teams and Office ProPlus-aka M365 Apps for Enterprise).
- Responsible/Accountable for Communicating/Documenting Weekly Status, Issues & Blockers and Risks to Security Leads.
- Responsible/Accountable for working with Security Leads to remediate Project Issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years’ Architecture experience with Designing, Implementing, Remediating Microsoft 365 Data Protection technologies in Highly Regulated Industries (Public Utilities, Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, etc).
- Experience in below technologies:
- Data Loss Prevention
- Document Fingerprints
- Sensitive Information Types
- Microsoft Information Protection/Azure Information Protection
- Classification & Labelling
- Data Retention & Deletion
- Azure Rights Mgmt Services & Information Rights Management
- AIP Client Viewer
- Legal/Litigation Holds
- Office 365 Message Encryption
- SharePoint/OneDrive Online Preservation Policies and Disposition Reviews
- Architecture experience with Designing & Implementing Data Governance Frameworks across AIP/MIP/DLP
- Experience working within Project/Delivery Management Methodologies (SDLC, Hybrid Waterfall) ,
- Experience working in a cross functional team, with the ability to lead/drive the scope of work in ambiguous client facing situations and requests,
Nice to have:
- Architecture experience with Office 365, Azure & Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection
- Architecture experience (Design, Implement, Configure & Manage) with Azure Customer Key & Key Vault
- Architecture experience with eDiscovery and Advanced eDiscovery (Equivio Zoom)
