At CXC, we have the pleasure of partnering with an innovative and forward-thinking global technology client who is searching for an IT Support Specialist to join the excellent team of on-site experts that makes the business operate smoothly every day!


Scope of responsibilities:

  • 1st and 2nd level of user support (hardware / software / applications & tools).
  • Onsite (Hand/Eyes) support contact for IT teams.
  • ServiceNow call registration.
  • PC preparations (Win 10, MS Office build, configuration) and startup training for new users.
  • PC & supply provisioning (including paperwork for finance management).
  • H/W break fix and maintenance.
  • Office equipment checks, support and maintenance (printers, projectors, meeting room screens, video conferencing systems etc.)

Your Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar role.
  • Outstanding listening and questioning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts during regular office opening hours.
  • Willing to work outside office opening hours by occasion.
  • Willing to travel to other office locations.
  • Fluent English.
  • Apple Mac OS knowledge is a plus.
