At CXC, we have the pleasure of partnering with an innovative and forward-thinking global technology client who is searching for an Active Directory Expert.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and remote L2 Application/Server support on Microsoft technologies.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, ADFS WAP, Azure Active Directory, AD Connect, Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- Good knowledge in managing Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) Product Suite – Azure MFA, Intune – MDM/MAM, SSPR, Azure AD concept.
- Hands on Experience in managing the Intune Policy configuration and troubleshooting of issues would be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience on Windows Server 2008 / 20012 / 2016 servers.
- Hands on experience in Windows Server / AD / DNS / DHCP.
- Basic Knowledge about AD recycle-bin, AD replication, AD sites & services.
- User and access management (password, user management, folder access, group policies, drive mapping, delegation of rights).
- Create/Modify/Delete AD user accounts and security groups.
- AD monitoring with SCOM/Zabbix/Azure Monitoring consoles.
- Monitor and manage Easy Vista tickets for incoming incidents and action as per defined SLAs.
- Respond to Client and Escalation mails.
Your Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with Microsoft Active Directory (2012 or 2016 preferred).
- 2+ years of experience working directly with Microsoft Azure AD, MS O365 services like MFA, Intune and others.
- Experience in high availability environment and alignment to process.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders, create PowerPoint, Excel reports.
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication and presentation skills.
- Can work independently with less supervision.
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and interact with end user administrators.
- Willingness to learn Azure AD, ADFS, Server 2016, or any new services and how they interact with multiple cloud providers at a deep technical level and provide support.
