At CXC, we have the pleasure of partnering with an innovative and forward-thinking global aviation client who is searching for a DevOps Engineer to join their team of passionate people building a new solution to support flight operations.

The role requires excellent technical capabilities as well as great communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to cover the list of expectations presented below, but it is also the right, proactive, adventure-seeking attitude that they want to see.

Key responsibilities:

· Prepare design infrastructure for internal projects

· Building infrastructure, CD/CI, building pipelines

Skillset/Experience:

· Proven Programming league experience

· Experience requires system administration, capacity planning, DevOps, systems design, and automation for our distributed data systems, services, and APIs.

· Knowledge and experience with Ansible / Chef, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux administration, instrumentation, networking, continuous integration, testing strategies, and builds are all important. This includes tooling for the CI/CD pipeline.

· Strong experience working with cloud environments and tools (Azure)

· Experience automating large-scale deployments

· Programme orientated (Java, Python)

· Self-Starter, motivated, able to work independently

· Great communicator
