At CXC, we have the pleasure of partnering with an innovative and forward-thinking global technology client who is searching for an experienced Product Owner to join their team on a contract basis. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a lead role in the development of their next generation digital platform.

The role is customer facing which requires good presentation and communication skills as well as excellent technical capabilities. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work with end clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

· Interact with customers to document their business processes, trends of usage of software tools and identify added-value automation opportunities

· Understand challenges and needs of the customers, ensuring software features are relevant and valuable

· Develop high-level roadmap items into detailed feature specifications ready for implementation activities

· Breakdown features into a format which is clear and understandable to software development team

· Define acceptance criteria

· Ensure technical teams understand the scope of delivery for each instance

· Sign off software features, ensuring quality gates are undertaken to achieve maximum results throughout implementation

· Accountable for continuous enhancements and improvements

Required Skillset

· Experience held as a Product Owner within a software development team

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant study

· Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar

· Capable of producing quality software functional requirements and effectively communicating to project team

· Proven analytical abilities and problem solving

· Excellent at communicating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

· Ability to build and distribute process documentation and reports

· Capable of presneting business cases, strategies, and solutions
