Software Engineer

At CXC, we have the pleasure of partnering with an innovative and forward-thinking global technology client who is searching for a software engineer to join their team on a contract basis.

This opportunity will allow you to work in an international environment with a team of likeminded software engineers in a cutting-edge company.

Key Responsibilities

As a software engineer you will be involved in all layers of application, from innovation, to development in Python, working on the build system, automated tests, Javascript/css to data modelling and tuning the backend servers.

Your profile

- Proven experience in web development

- Interest in all areas of web technology stack

- Able to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders

- Work well both independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills

Desired experience in these areas:

- Python programming language

- Flask

- Development of RESTful web services

- Web Stack

- Javascript and AngularJS

- Linux and Windows servers

- System architect

- Securing web applications

- Integration services (Jenkins, Hudson or Travis CI)

- PostgresSQL (or other RDBMS)

- iOS development
