Are you an experienced Scrum Master, looking for an exciting new contract role? CXC are working in partnership with an innovative and forward-thinking global technology client who are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
• Coaching and mentoring the development team and wider business in applying the principles of Agile/Scrum
• Developing project plans and deliverables
• Guiding team towards improving the way they work
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Representing the team in relation to communicating updates with the wider business
Skills & Experience
• Proven background working as a Scrum Master and driving transformational behavioural change
• Strong communicator, able to explain Agile techniques in an effective manner
• Ability to empower & improve transparency within the team
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
