My Client a multi-national organization are looking for an IT support to join their team. The successful candidate will be required to provide compute support for project and operational activities in the PGCS Compute team. This team supports all the concentrate sites under PGCS – nine across the globe so will be required to work effectively with internal staff and third party vendors.
The job:
- Projects that the candidate will be required to work on will include
- Manufacturing desktop patching
- OT compute reporting. Excel data manipulation
- Windows - Server OS upgrades
- Other project work as required
- RDS installation\ configuration
- Citrix user access mgmt. and support.
- Liaise with site support and patching teams for remediating vulnerabilities on windows\linux
- IT Process documentation
- BigFix client management
- Open Network /firewall requests
Have you:
- Microsoft server certifications preferred. VCP 6 + preferred.
- EMC Storage Array experience preferred.
- 3 to 5 years previous IT experience.
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 environment
- Active Directory/Group policy
- ESXi Hosts
- Brocade switches
- Dell EMC Storage Arrays
- VMWare environment
- Citrix Environment
- BigFix
- Windows 10 laptops/desktops
- Knowledge of Manufacturing IT \OT environments would be beneficial
