My client, a global Biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin, is currently looking for an EMEA Global Distribution Associate on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end return process for their EMEA market.
 

Responsibilities:

• Act as business process owner for Finished Drug Product (FDP) returns in the EMEA market.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and deliver on productivity targets.
• Ensures compliance with SOX & GMP regulations.
• Own and maintain metrics and dashboard for returns in scope of global distribution operations.
• On a weekly basis present return metrics/dashboard to the global distribution meeting.
• Support with the third-party logistics service providers logging distribution complaints.
• Support with execution of daily track and trace of FDP shipments into the EMEA market.
• Perform daily analysis of Alerts received from the National Medicines Verification Organization (NMVO).
• Communicate with related topics with Local Service Providers (LSPs).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in in Supply Chain or related area.
• Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
