QA Automation Engineer – remote / Cork
My client a cutting-edge software company is currently looking for a QA Engineer to join their cross-functional and fast-paced Technical team.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for writing frameworks and tools to test products.
The role:
- You will be creating and executing comprehensible, repeatable, and measurable automated regression test suites for existing frontend and backend functionality.
- You will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and extending existing complex Python/Selenium/JMeter frameworks.
- You will be participating in the full software development lifecycle and ensure quality all the way to production systems.
Have you:
- Knowledge and strong experience of automated testing
- Solid experience of automation test tools such as Selenium/JMeter and scripting languages.
- Good expertise in Python, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
- A thorough understanding of QA testing environments and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Desire to learn and work in a cross-functional environment
