JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible to ensure all finance related Treasury Activities are carried out in accordance with J&J’s WWP’s per the timelines required.

  • Responsible for Treasury related SOX controls for AMO
  • Needs to ensure the banks have sufficient funds at all times in order for payments to be released accordingly
  • Liaise with global treasury contacts to ensure AMO treasury activities in line with JNJ processes
  • Administrator of the AMO Bank accounts
  • Complete Hedging Accounting Globally
  • Responsible for ensuring Netting payments are completed
  • Ensure all Loans are managed correctly, and the proper documentation is in place
  • Point of contract for Internal and External Audit for Cash and Treasury Activities
  • Support all restructuring actives and ensure all documentation is in place
  • Support projects or other finance tasks as required

  • KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bank Portal Administration - User setup, password reset, change of access requests
  • Bank documentation – ensure appropriate documentation for all Bank signatories.
  • Bank queries – coordinating responses to queries from the bank on payment or receipts
  • Bank file uploads – liaison with external company to ensure all bank statement are loaded in SAP
  • Daily cash management – cash forecasting to ensure banks have sufficient funds
  • Working with GTSC to unsure excess funds are placed on deposit with IHB
  • Ensure appropriate balances of each currency are held in AMO Ireland
  • Download IHC ,LFC & ETC loan balances for month end and post related interest.
  • Reconcile and confirm all month end balances with GTSC.
  • Ensure appropriate support for BSARs
  • Manage all intercompany AMO loans, including interest rate resets, loan advice management and ensuring the correct amount if withholding tax is recorded.
  • Review prefinal netting report for each entity and ensure sufficient cash for payment.
  • Initiation of all netting offlines
  • Local Bank funding in line with local payroll or tax requirements
  • Preparation of quarterly Bravo cash schedules for the AMO group
  • Providing commentary on cash movements as required by treasury centres
  • Reviewing, validating and inputting all netting payables for AMO’s EMEA & APAC entities
  • Hedge accounting
Education and Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant or qualified member of the Chartered Tax advisers (CTA)
  • Experience working within a medium sized international company in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of Tax, Accounting, Payroll, Treasury fiscal requirements
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
