Job Purpose
ViiV Healthcare is going through an unprecedented period where GSK will be launching multiple innovative products across the globe over the next couple of years.
The ViiV Global Marketing and Multichannel Excellence teams are needing additional resources to drive the execution of our above-markets tactical activities (i.e. congresses and 3rd Party channels) associated with the increased engagement plans stemming from the launch of three new products over the next year and a half period.
Therefore, the Global Multichannel Campaign Manager will be the primary responsible individual from the Global MCE and Global Brand teams to drive tactical execution for any above-market engagement strategies for the respective brand. The Multichannel Campaign Manager will deeply understand the HIV therapy area, the company and product brand strategies and associated business objectives in order to collaborate with other functional departments and agencies to execute industry leading above-market engagement tactics for their respective customer targets. This role will also work collaboratively with their respective global Multichannel Excellence and Global Brand counterparts to oversee global channel strategy devolution, content and solution development, execution, and measurement to drive effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
This role is an individual contributor role that will engage and work together with the other members of the global Multichannel Excellence and Global Brand Teams to tactically deliver on both product launch and customer experience goals in-line with the ViiV’s overall company objectives.
Specifically, this role will provide the following:
- Develop and lead the implementation on a number of core global above-market deliverables for our global brands, working directly with the global brand team, the regions, global medical team, congress strategy/operations team and creative agency partners.
- Capture and review appropriate metrics, KPIs to drive data-driven changes to the global campaign materials and channels
- Coordinates and manages all aspect of the campaign delivery framework – timelines, milestones, quality control, documentation, production, and evaluation in cooperation with project management (if required).
- Is responsible for the creation of and/or maintaining commercial content required to meet the goals of the above-market campaign activities, in cooperation with Global Brand and Channel Operations teams.
- Ensuring timelines are met and is able to plan for resource optimization to meet these timelines.
- Executes all activities with focus on creating real customer value.
- Partner closely with the other global and local MCE Leads to oversee campaign strategy effectiveness and keep the global brand team well informed on progress, leveraging best practices in multi-channel/digital, and associated metrics and outcomes
- Knows and follows required compliance guidelines (both internal and external policies and procedures).
- Responsible for delivery of specific tactics to ABPI standard – by taking content through copy approval and ensure appropriate use of content lab (CMS).
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s level degree in marketing or digital marketing
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant previous relevant work experience (preferably well versed in Marketing campaign tactic delivery)
- Commercial experience in pharmaceutical industry at a LOC level, ideally with launch experience.
- Understanding and experience of the commercial aspects of the drug development process through to launch
- Ability to utilize insights from key customers – patients, payers, providers – to drive key marketing decisions and forecasts
- Proven track record of planning and delivering multichannel marketing campaigns and programs in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to create and perform more detailed and sophisticated tactical engagement modeling.
- Specific technical experiences should include familiarity with pharma multichannel campaign tactics (i.e. field visits, website & email development and deployment, marketing automation, paid search, SEO, display media, social media marketing, mobile marketing, direct mail and analyzing customer insights). Should understand how all channels work together to create a successful campaign and is able to execute accordingly.
- Ability to identify emerging trends, and areas that benefit from change and innovation, including ideas that challenge the status quo. Ability to evaluate merit/value of ideas, and transform into action by leveraging best practices in change management.
- Effective communications and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management
- Master at utilizing organizational channels, experience and influencing skills to facilitate successful project implementation and effective issue resolution
- Creative approach to problem solving and ability to challenge the status quo

- Experience in a direct customer facing role (i.e., field sales, account management, regional medical scientist, etc.)
