Following a recent joint venture with Pfizer, GSK are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager on an interim basis to assist with the integration of Consumer Relations. You will be involved tih the following:

• Weekly project status reporting against the milestone tracker including market RAG status.

• Status reporting in line with project governance.

• Monitoring of risks and issues, escalating to Consumer Relations Leadership Team / Steering team

• Build Stakeholder Map for Comms

• Create and Monitor Market Level JV Plans

• Plan for uptake of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare Social properties

• Monitoring Tech JV project progress

• Monitoring of Global Medical Info JV project progress

• Coordinate Pfizer Consumer Healthcare Product Training with Hubs, including training materials prep and training execution

• Ensure LOC Quality and Regional Quality Integration Leads are aligned to transition plan and kept up to date with progress

• Oversight of Vendor Agent Recruitment Where Required

• Oversight of Vendor PF CH Product Training

• Monitor PC CH Phone and Email Channel migration in line with go live

• Create and Monitor Contract Manufacturing OrganisationPortal Plan

• Create and Monitor Japan and Korea CRMS Migration Plan

• Align with Tech on SW Licence Requirements

• Pre Market Go live Checkpoint, Go Live Execution Comms

Along with experience in the above, the successful candidate will need the following skills & competencies:

• Previous Project Management & disciplines

• Strong communications skills

• Stakeholder management

• Risk and issue management

• Meeting facilitation

• Team/matrix management

• Working across geographies

Nice to have:

• SFDC projects

• Integration projects
