Data Programmer: SAS, Oracle Designer, CDISC

Description:

Shall provide programming expertise and technical for a Phase I-IV Data Management Technical Support team. Key responsibilities and skills include, but are not limited to, the following: Developing and validating study dataset specifications against sponsor libraries and vendor deliverables, CDISC/SDTM review of vendor deliverables, programming support of tools that assist with Data Management activities.

An eye for detail, ability to work to timelines and quality standards are critical. The role requires expert organizational skills and Data Management experience. There will be interactions with Clinical, External Partners and Vendor, Stats, as well as other data management staff, therefore good communication skills and building strong relationships will be requisite.

Desired Data Management experience include:

  • Knowledge and experience developing study dataset specifications
  • Ability to read and interpret a clinical protocol

Desired Technical experience include:

  • Demonstrated experience with CDISC and SDTM, including SDTM CRT packages.
  • Expertise with Oracle Central Designer (Forms and rules programming)
  • Knowledge of programming languages (preferably SAS , C#, PL/SQL), and experience working with backend database tables.
