Background Information

FS Enterprise Projects team manages a range of global transformation projects across the Finance Services group with Global Finance. These projects aim to simplify and standardize business processes, system landscape and operating model.

This role is sits within FS Business Change team which is part of the FS Enterprise Projects team. FS Business Change is responsible for ensuring that the work and projects undertaken by FS Transformation adhere to good organisational Change Management principles and practice, ensuring minimal impact to employees and stakeholders throughout transitions, ensure appropriate business readiness and adoption of solutions.

Job Purpose

  • The primary responsibility of role is to support the alignment of finance teams to the new Global Finance Operating model.
  • Working alongside project management and the business teams, the role is accountable for a range of change management interventions to clarify the scope and purpose of the change, confirm the appropriate change approach for employees and other stakeholders and deliver
  • The role will work with the FS Global Business Change Lead who is responsible for change management strategy and methodology for all FS enterprise projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that the FS defined Business Change approach and tools are applied appropriately across the project and/or are modified as appropriate in agreement with the FS Change Lead
  • Responsible for detailed planning and delivery of change activities; reporting progress against plan and managing risks and issues and integrating (where appropriate) transformation programmes. This includes:
  • managing a complex stakeholder landscape, where stakeholders are engaged effectively to ensure understanding, buy in and a smooth path for project delivery; engagement requirements may also include third party vendors, offshore business services centres.
  • mobilising and managing the change network; executing change impact assessments and change action plan to ensure change is successfully mitigated
  • executing business readiness activities to measure whether impacted employees are ready for the change
  • working with the relevant HR Lead to ensure that all HR deliverables and inter dependencies are understood
  • enabling business to adopt and embed changes delivered
  • feedback lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement
