Job Purpose:

Programme and projects support required for an office relocation and restack. The scope includes infrastructure commissioning, decommissioning, innovation and re-stacking the tech teams. Working alongside Tech Lead and programme/project workstream leads, you will ensure all aspects are accounted for, reported on to time, cost and quality.

Supporting the Tech Lead with the overall Tech Programme’s day-to-day activities, you will work closely aligned to the tech lead and the supporting Worldwide Real Estate and Facilities team to drive to the programme timelines for the changes taking place on site. This consists of refurbishment activities which need tech to support infrastructure and innovation requirements.

• Responsible for putting in place control to lead, manage, monitor and update the programme / projects – aligned to cost, quality and time.

• Day to day implementation of the whole stakeholder engagement process and effective communication activities.

• Ensuring the tech programme aligns to the refurbishment activity –working with the relevant teams to ensure all tech aspects are covered.

Must have

• GSK knowledge – preferably of Tech department and understanding of the groups.

Nice to have

• Involvement in building restack projects and processes and controls

• Construction project understanding and

• Understanding of the tools required to use below

• Understanding of Technology Operations and hardware deployments

• Understanding of software development lifecycles / agile
