  • Maintain the end-to-end process for the programme’s Risk, Assumption, Issue and Deviation Management Process and associated logs to ensure the process is embedded across the programme and the right tools and templates are in place to support the process.
  • Maintains the end-to-end process for the programme’s Planning Process and end-to-end plan to ensure the process is embedded across the programme and the right tools and templates are in place to support the process.
  • Facilitates regular governance meetings: SAM and Cross Workstream Meetings
  • Roll out training associated to updated RAID and Planning processes/templates/tools to core programme team members
  • Coach and mentor programme team members to help maintain/improve adherence to RAID and Planning processes
  • Ensure RAID items and plans are identified in a timely manner
  • Review/improve/report performance metrics across key governance areas to demonstrate governance is in place and in use and to improve and demonstrate programme success
  • Participate in Audits as defined in the programme’s Audit Universe
  • Support Governance Office Lead in working with Quality and Validation Lead to ensure programme adherence to GSK Quality and process compliance.
  • Produce weekly governance reports (workstream and market)
  • Archives programme logs weekly or as required, in the programme’s Teamsite and CDMS
  • Is trained in RMS to ensure business risks are reported and maintained in RMS
  • Produce regular/adhoc reports related to planning and RAID (Steering, Dashboard, QC & RMCB…)
  • Manages access to the Fingerprint Action Log
  • Maintain 100% training compliance

The following experience is required to enable the ability to update programme processes/tools/templates within short timelines and coach and mentor programme team members, as well as improving performance metrics to demonstrate compliance therefore providing assurance that the programme is audit ready:

  • Experience working in complex projects and programmes
  • Strong understanding of PMO and Governance standards
  • Manage time pressures within dedicated timelines
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

This role sits within the PMO function reporting directly to the Governance Office Lead but also requires interaction with the wider programme team and with Artwork and Packaging Supply Chain.
