Role Overview

Eagle Process Specialist will be accountable for the development of all materials and delivery of training to support the consumer relations readiness for launch of connected medical devices.. . This role will require close collaboration with internal business stakeholders, the CR team and third party device manufacturer to be successful.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and CR team to develop a Training Needs Analysis across all relevant business stakeholders
  • Author the Training Plan, in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Author training curriculum which addresses the needs of Eagle agents
  • Gain approval from business stakeholders for curriculum
  • Develop all relevant processes and procedures as required
  • Collaborate with external 3rd party device manufacturer to assess current materials based on needs
  • Develop training content (e.g. videos, user guides, slide presentations and other job aids)
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand business processes
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to plan the format to be used for each element of the training content
  • Ensure content is accurate and appropriate to format and audience
  • Gain approval from business stakeholders for content in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders on any training content translations required
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and CR team to coordinate effective train the trainer activities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to coordinate end-user training

Skills

  • Familiar with Healthcare Industry
  • Previous experience of working within a training and development capacity a must
  • Excellent skills and experience in development, creation and execution of training materials and processes appropriate to the formats required for Eagle content (e.g. videos, user guides, slide presentations and other job aids)
