This role is accountable for the design, delivery, change management & training of Enterprise Cloud Jira across Global Applications & Development (GA&D Tech) Tech Portfolio of Projects. GA&D Tech is responsible for the global products including finance, procurement, manufacturing, HR, Legal, Real Estate and Corporate Functions

This includes validation and scale up of the proposed design, working with the GSK Core Tech (Technology Platforms and Infrastructure) teams on the Jira tenants, visualisation tools, collaboration with other Tech groups engaged in deployments & implementing best practice processes & procedures for ways of working & operational support.

Key Responsibilities

•Building and implementing an effective onboarding & rollout plan across GA&D, including definition of adoption and reporting metrics aligned to Value, Flow & Quality

•Developing Jira design taxonomy & structure for GA&D Tech Portfolio and scalability

•Developing & documenting best practice guidelines & training plan for users

•Building a change management approach & plan to engage & bring onboard teams

•Lead the implementation and rollout of Enterprise Jira across GA&D Tech

•Prepare & run steering meetings with senior leaders

•Lead data discovery process for all Projects in Portfolio and data migration plans

•Lead small team in determining adoption, processes & ongoing support model

Experience/skills

•Deployment of Jira at scale across large organisations

•Scrum/Agile certified

•Agile/Safe methods experience

•Minimum of 10 years project management experience

•Data & analytical expertise

•Visualisation tool expertise in PowerBI

•Deep knowledge of Jira & Atlassian suite of modules through demonstrated use of tools

•Proven communication skills including workshop facilitation

•Training experience including design and development of training materials

•Self-starter with proven collaboration skills

•Organisation of approx. 1700 people, located in 3 major centres with 3 satellite centres

•Portfolio of approx. 300 projects (blend of waterfall & agile)

•Product taxonomy of approx. 80 products
