Finance Partner – Pfizer Integration
GSK House, Brentford
6-7 Month Contract
Pay: up to £450 per day



We are seeking a motivated and competent individual to support the Global Support Functions Finance team in the Pfizer integration process. You would be based in the GSK HQ office in London - Brentford, reporting directly to the GSF Finance Director and working closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the GSF Finance Pfizer Integration and process improvements
  • Support to drive standardisation and automation in financial processes and systems
  • Develop and support on one-truth data set to enable quality, insightful, timely management financial reporting
  • Align the integrated financials with the GSF future financial plans
  • Provide support to the FD by proactively identifying opportunities and risks
  • Drive cost consciousness, increasing engagement and skills development amongst budget holders
  • Support any internal and external financial audit processes by working in close collaboration with Auditors
  • Map and document existing processes


Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
  • Experience working cross-functionally – demonstrating a good ability to influence at all levels and the ability to build strong relationships and alignment in a matrix environment to bridge communications gap between finance and non-finance
  • Strong Communication skills with finance and non-finance colleagues
  • Very high analytical and financial skills practised in complex environments
  • Assertive, pragmatic and with good team spirit
  • Advanced excel expertise


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, preferably in Management, Finance or Accounting
  • Experience of financial planning & analysis, preferably in a large matrix organisation
  • Experience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior management and other non-financial staff
