Aurora Training Coordinator

Role Overview

The Aurora Training Coordinator will be responsible for the delivery of a robust training programme for all Aurora system users. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and the Aurora Change Lead. The role is based at GSK House in Brentford, UK and is a full-time role.


Responsibilities

The following bullets outline the Training Coordinator role. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and Aurora Change Lead to develop a Training Needs Analysis across all Aurora system user groups
  • Author the Training Plan, in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Author training curriculum which addresses the needs of all Aurora system user groups
  • Gain approval from business stakeholders for curriculum
  • Develop training content (e.g. videos, user guides, slide presentations and other job aids)
  • Work with business stakeholders and system implementation teams to understand business processes
  • Make use of test environment to capture screenshots or record simulations, taking care not to use personal data
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to plan the format to be used for each element of the training content
  • Ensure content is accurate and appropriate to format and audience
  • Gain approval from business stakeholders for content in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders on any training content translations required
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, Change Lead, and Programme Manager to coordinate effective train the trainer activities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to coordinate end-user training

Skills

  • Familiar with Consumer Relations business processes
  • Excellent skills in training technologies appropriate to the formats required for Aurora content (e.g. videos, user guides, slide presentations and other job aids)
