Role Responsibilities:

  • Build the EDMO "Enterprise Data Management Organisation”plan and resource requirements working with EDMO process and data owners
  • Standard migration process (data checking, quality, deduplication)
  • Ensure processes are in place during the deployment schedule. i.e. how to create a material locally in Pfizer ERP and reflect the same in ERP, not via migration but as a BAU process.
  • Participate in JV meetings to represent the EDMO, bring changes, new requirements, issues to the team
  • Data Org integration (if there is a data org)
  • Work with EDMO PMO on the future state organisation design for migrations, divestments, acquisitions (excluding the CH future state org)

Additional expectations & insights

  • This is a managerial role with high level accountabilities defined as above.
  • It covers all objects in scope for EDMO.
  • This role needs to set out and shape the day to day activities over the coming months, based on the information we know to date, which is not everything. This is the exciting part of the JV and this role.
  • This role will be supported by other data leads in EDMO but the opportunity is to shape this without having all the answers.
