This role is to provide project management support for the successful delivery of the data disposition workstream within a major integration project.

You will work with the Program Lead and team to ensure that the program delivers the data disposition deliverables according to plan and in a controlled manner.

The role is based at GSKH, you will be working across sites, and central functions to deliver this critical program.

Basic Requirements:

Accountable for on time delivery of the programme with a track record of delivery in a project and PMO environment and with evidence of expertise in governance, project controls and practical experience.

Accountable for PMO activities including but not restricted to ensuring: development, alignment and monitoring of major program deliverables, executive reporting of progress delivery, monitoring and evaluation of strategic program risks and interdependencies.

Ability to effectively prepare and chair team meetings, governance meetings, and workshops and be able to understand and manage complex highly interdependent issues.

Experience:

Proven experience in managing a Project Management Office on a recent project (preferably corporate M&A) and delivering a project to completion.

Ability to demonstrate the implementation of effective Programme Management and Governance and Controls.

Delivery of programmes on time and within budget.

Previous experience of working in a highly regulated Pharma environment and particularly mergers, acquisitions & divestments (MA&D) projects

Experience on working with Data Separation / Integration would be beneficial however not crucial.

Tasks:

• Manage the Programme and issue process across local, regional and centrally executed programs (global scope)

• Risk Management: identification, mitigation planning and resolution of risks and issues

• Create and track progress via monthly reporting and project reviews

• Report progress to senior levels across the business

• Governance and communication: Create and lead governance process and updates. Communicate to all stakeholders on a timely basis in a clear way.

• Workstream delivery: Coordinate and drive workstream planning and delivery, ensuring successful completion.

• Owner of the central Project dossier

• Ensure the Project finance stream have control over cost and benefit tracking

• Manage the plans across the programme and accountable for the level 0 milestones and tracking of the individual project toll gate status

• Managing the Change control process for the program

• Encouraging best practice across the programme delivery and managing the lessons learnt over the waves.

• Managing the senior stakeholders and the activities to ensure success

Skills

• Skills in key project management tools such as Microsoft Project

- Proficient in the use of MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel.

• Programme Management / Project Management qualification
