Projects
• Primary role is to manage a number of data projects such as Consumers Standardized Chart of Accounts and Jigsaw that require data alignment.
• The responsibility will cover the full project cycle from inception through to management of the delivery of the day to day operational activities and associated reporting required.
• This role will provide the Subject Matter Expertise and represent the R2R GPO group with other internal customer and groups.
• The role will report directly into R2R Process and Systems Director.
Data
• Secondly, the role will maintain R2R Master Data in line with GSK Standards and processing, ensuring that the Master Data is aligned across R2R Finance systems e.g. BISON and ERP.
• Ensuring that governance is followed, and that data quality is maintained.
• Assessing the impact of any requested data changes (i.e. new company codes, products, hierarchies) against other ERP solutions and Co-ordination of the data changes in ERP systems.
• Responding to user queries and issues as required.
• Collate and analyse tickets to determine and resolve systemic issues.
• Owner of the R2R Master Data collection forms.
Team Management
• Manage the workload of the R2R data analyst.
• Manage other resources recruited into the team to provide project support, currently 2 additional but may vary as projects are approved.
Experience:
Experienced finance professional with broad systems (CERPS/MERPS/BISON) experience
• Fluency in understanding Data architecture and Governance processes
• Experience of SAP/ERP architecture, projects & deployment methodology and how these are employed within GSK
• Fluency in finance processes and organisational structure; strong business acumen
• Experience in managing the navigation of decisions and/or their execution through multiple parties in major, matrixed organisations
• Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyse and resolve specific problems
• Ability to manage tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
• Commitment to Quality and Integrity
• Prior experience in transformation and/or change programmes at global/enterprise level, with a track record of achievement in this role (typically 3-5 years of experience)
