A Digital Programme Manager to act as Digital Sub-stream number 2 to manage the whole scope of the Tech Digital workstream.

This role will be accountable for supporting the individual workstream leads, managing risk & issues and cross stream dependencies. They will need to be strong planners and have a level of detail focus, experience of enterprise scale web delivery and MarTech as a whole would be significant benefit. The role will be the stream deputy and delegate for Digital Tech lead where required.


Main Skills:

  • Strong background as a Programme Manager within a large organisation
  • Experience or knowledge of rolling out multi channel marketing and Ecommerce
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders
  • Maintain structure, reporting and stepping in for the Manager when needed.
  • Strong minded, savvy and required to hit the ground running.
  • Having experience of BI Systems and integrating web estates would be highly beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

a) Tech IMO Programme & Digital Tech Workstream engagement: maintain close interactions within the Digital Tech Workstream and with the JV Tech IMO programme to enable sub-teams to progress at pace

b) Escalation/Blocker/Dependency Management: escalate dependency, risks and blockers slowing the progress and completion of key JV Digital Tech milestones to the GSK Digital Tech Lead.

c) Governance: work with GSK sub-teams to facilitate adoption of relevant ways of working, including ceremonies tools and relevant workstream governance to facilitate a dynamic reporting discipline.

d) Executive Presentations: support the Digital Innovation Delivery Director in the creation of materials for regular and planned executive forums.

e) Communication: facilitate strategic alignment with other JV Digital workstreams, Pfizer and with other key Leadership groups by sharing progress, blockers, ideas and insights. Promote collaboration.
