The candidate will have a high level of TPM Product Management experience, working in an agile team with Consumer Health/Goods TPM processes and leading TPx solutions (e.g. SAP TPM & other vendor – Exceedra, WIPRO Promax, etc) experience.

GSK require a short term candidate to work with the Global TPM Business Product Owner & Tech Enablement Director to drive & lead:

• Product roadmap, governance (e.g. Product Steering, Operational Steering) and business/Tech engagement

• Strategic & external TPM review & benchmarking

• CH GSK/Pfizer TPM Joint Venture integration activities

• Product funding & business case development for “Big Room Planning” Agile project governance

• Single TPM POC for the CH Tech Global Teams / Regional & Market Business Partners

Support TPM Product team (as required) to:

• Input into product backlog (inc. priorities) & Agile team operations

• Challenge and understand business requirements, business value/KPIs, issue root cause analysis & solutions, etc

• Lead TPM change management & communication activities within CH Tech (especially with CH Tech Regional / Market BPs)

• Perform one-off analysis to support priority TPM activities (for example, After Action Reviews, business case development/user story creation for non-ERP projects like MS Assure / Power BI reporting, developing product experiments to determine business value, etc)

Potential to travel to other GSK sites across the global and is expected to be limited. Where travel is required it will be directed by the Line Manager.
